AI automation for businesses
The repetitive work in your company, taken over by a system that reads messages and documents, fills in the data and sends the replies. You and your team step in only when a decision is needed.

Replies to messages
Questions that keep coming by email, chat or WhatsApp get an answer straight away, from your company's information. New ones go to a person.
Orders from email
Orders and requests that arrive by email are read and entered straight into your spreadsheet, your software or your app.
Data from documents
From invoices, contracts, forms or receipts, the AI pulls out the data you need and puts it where it belongs.
Automatic reports
Figures from several tools, gathered into a report that arrives by email every week.
Data moved between tools
A new customer from a form lands in your CRM, your spreadsheet and your email list on its own, with nothing copied by hand.
An assistant for your team
An assistant that answers your team's questions from company documents: procedures, prices, past quotes.
Automation, AI or a person?
Simple automation
For steps that are always the same: a form comes in, a row is added to a sheet and an email goes out. We build it in n8n or Make, without AI.
AI
For what needs understanding: a free-form email, a scanned invoice, a question in the customer's own words. We use models like Claude or GPT.
A person on your team
For decisions, exceptions and unhappy customers. The system sends them only the cases that need them, with everything they need to know.
What's included
We start from your team's work, not from the tools.
A look at the repetitive work
Together we look at what your team does every day and pick what is worth automating first.
The right tool
n8n or Make for simple flows, custom code for the rest. We choose by volume, cost and how often the flow changes.
Connections to your tools
Email, Google Sheets or Excel, CRM, invoicing, WhatsApp, through their APIs.
Human review where it matters
Anything uncertain goes to someone on your team before it reaches a customer.
Logs and alerts
You see what the system did and find out straight away if something went wrong.
Adjustments after launch
We watch the first results and adjust, then move on to the next automation.
How we work
- 1
We talk
You show us which work repeats and how long it takes. We tell you what can be automated and what it costs.
- 2
We pick the first flow
We start with the automation that saves the most time and describe it step by step.
- 3
We build and test
We build it and run it on real examples of yours before it works on its own.
- 4
We switch it on
We let it run, watch the results and adjust it.
Questions
What can AI automate in a business?
Repetitive work with text and data: answers to common questions, orders taken from email, data pulled from invoices and documents, reports, data moved from one tool to another. Decisions and exceptions stay with people.
How much does an AI automation cost?
It depends on how many steps it has, how many tools it connects and how many messages or documents go through it. Besides the build, there are monthly costs for the tools: an n8n or Make subscription if needed, and the AI model, paid by usage. We list every cost in the quote.
What tools do you use?
n8n or Make for simple flows and custom code for complex or high-volume ones. For the AI part we use models such as Claude, from Anthropic, or GPT, from OpenAI, through their APIs.
What happens to our company's data?
Data only goes through the tools that are needed. Through the API, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use submitted data to train their models by default, and n8n can run on your own server, so the data does not pass through other services.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. That is why we use it where a mistake can be caught: uncertain answers and new cases go to a person, and the system keeps a log of everything it did.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. The automation connects to what you already have: email, Google Sheets or Excel, your CRM, your invoicing software. If a tool has no API, we look for another way, such as a data export.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers messages. An AI automation also does the work behind them: it reads the order, enters it into your software, sends the confirmation and lets your team know.
Do you also build apps around the automation?
Yes. When the automation needs a screen, for example a panel where your team approves orders, we build it as a web app.
