How long does it take?
We write the timeline in the quote, before we start. It depends on how many programs the automation connects and how many situations it has to recognise.
Can I start small?
Yes, that's how we prefer it. We automate one task first, test it on real data and move on only once it works.
What happens after launch?
We watch the first results and adjust. If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free of charge for the first 24 months. Changes and new automations are agreed separately, with the price and timeline in writing.
Who owns the automations?
Your company. The accounts for the AI model and the tools are set up in your company's name, and we hand over the configuration.
What happens to our data?
The automation gets access only to the programs and data it needs. Through the API, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use the data sent to them to train their models by default.
