The companies, one by one

1. Manvro

Why it's first: the lowest published price on the list, no subscription, a 24-month warranty, and an agent connected to the calendar and software you already use.

We're an agency in Bucharest that builds AI voice agents for small and mid-sized businesses. The agent answers every call, only missed calls or only after hours, as you choose. It books appointments and reservations in the calendar you already use, answers questions from information you approve, transfers the call to a colleague when needed and emails you who called, what they wanted and what was agreed. You keep your number: calls are forwarded to the agent. We choose the voice by testing it with the street and service names your callers use, and we test the agent with real calls before it talks to customers. It can answer in Romanian, English or both.

What we build Starting price
AI voice agent connected to your calendar €390, paid once
Call minutes Paid directly to the voice platform, usually $0.07–$0.31 a minute

On top of that:

  • you talk directly to the person who builds the agent, in English or Romanian;
  • we reply to every message within one business day;
  • you get the price and timeline in writing after the first conversation, which is free;
  • for 24 months we fix for free anything that doesn't work as agreed;
  • the agent introduces itself as your business's virtual assistant in its first sentence, as the AI Act requires.

2. AgentVocal.ro

AgentVocal.ro is a voice agent platform that says it has been used by more than 140 Romanian business owners. The agent takes calls 24/7, books appointments and reservations, sends confirmations by text, email and WhatsApp, and can also call out, for sales or to confirm orders. The plan includes a Romanian 0376 phone number, and the agent speaks more than 34 languages and connects to more than 40 apps. The website shows case studies, from a real estate agency in Timișoara to online stores confirming orders by phone. It doesn't publish prices.

Good fit for: businesses that want an agent on a ready-made platform, with a new number.

3. NexAi

NexAi builds AI voice agents and websites on a subscription. Its agents take calls 24/7, make reservations and bookings, or call customers, for example to bring a clinic's lapsed patients back. The website shows four case studies, with results such as "phone reservations +35%" at a hotel. It doesn't publish prices for agents but offers a free demo within a few days; websites cost €84.99 to €149.99 a month.

Good fit for: businesses that want to hear a demo before asking for a price.

4. Voxbee

Voxbee is a VoIP phone carrier in Bucharest, operating since 2020, with cloud phone systems and numbers in any Romanian city. Its AI voice agents speak Romanian and do three things: call campaigns, surveys after a delivery or a service, and reception, with bookings in Google Calendar and confirmation texts. The website names the technology it uses (Gemini, GPT-4, ElevenLabs, Google TTS, locally hosted LiveKit) and its connection to n8n.

Good fit for: businesses that want the phone system and the agent from one provider, or need large call campaigns.

5. AI Factory

AI Factory is an AI automation company in Bucharest that sells its AI phone system as a subscription, from €800 a month. The agent answers calls, books appointments and transfers complicated calls to operators. The website recommends it for businesses with high call volumes and offers a 30-day guarantee during which the contract can be cancelled at no cost.

Good fit for: businesses with many calls that prefer a monthly service with support included.

6. Automatizez

Automatizez is a company in Galați that builds AI phone systems from €450: the agent answers 24/7, books meetings and routes calls. Its website shows a taxi dispatch in Galați where an AI agent takes the calls. It also builds chatbots, online booking and websites.

Good fit for: local businesses around Galați that also want other automations from the same firm.

7. Create Digital

Create Digital builds voice agents that answer a business's phone in Romanian: they qualify callers, book appointments, transfer calls to colleagues and log everything in the CRM. Its website shows an agent built for a clinic's front desk. Work starts with a free 30-minute audit, then a fixed-price prototype ready in about two weeks, and you pay for the full implementation after you've seen the prototype working.

Good fit for: businesses that want to hear the agent on their own cases before paying in full.

8. RoboMarketing

RoboMarketing builds voice agents that take calls, qualify leads and update the CRM, as part of a wider set of automations connected through n8n: WhatsApp, invoicing, CRM. Its blog has published lessons from its voice agent projects with clients.

Good fit for: businesses that want the voice agent connected to the rest of their automations.

9. Start4AI

Start4AI is an AI development company in Cluj-Napoca, with its website in Hungarian and English, that builds AI agents, automations and custom voice systems, integrated with the company's ERP or CRM. It says it reaches production in 4–12 weeks and offers a 30-day guarantee. One example from its website: a call centre that now answers with a voice agent in more than 30 languages.

Good fit for: businesses that talk to customers in several languages, including Hungarian.

How we chose the companies

On 13 October 2026 we searched Google for "AI voice agent Romania", "firme agent vocal AI România" and "agent vocal AI", in English and Romanian. We kept the companies that appear with a page about voice agents, have a presence in Romania and describe the service on their website. We left out foreign platforms with no presence in Romania, and articles.

The information about the other companies comes from their own websites, without requesting quotes or making test calls. If a company's website says something different from the table, the website is right.

Platform, carrier or agency

The companies on the list are of three kinds:

Kind Examples What you get
Agency Manvro, Create Digital, AI Factory, Automatizez, RoboMarketing, Start4AI An agent built on your calendar, CRM and business rules
Voice agent platform AgentVocal.ro, NexAi An agent set up quickly, often with a number included, on their technology
Phone carrier Voxbee Numbers, a cloud phone system and AI agents from one provider

A platform starts fast, but the agent stays on its technology. An agency makes sense when the agent has to write into your booking software, know your exceptions or be part of a bigger automation. How a voice agent works and what it costs per minute: AI phone answering service.

What a voice agent costs

Company Published price Over two years, without minutes
Manvro From €390, paid once €390
Automatizez From €450, plus optional monthly maintenance €450, plus maintenance if you choose it
AI Factory From €800 a month €19,200
The other six Not published –

Call minutes come on top everywhere: the voice platforms agents run on usually charge $0.07–$0.31 a minute, so a few tens of dollars a month for a few hundred short calls. At Manvro you pay the platform directly, with no mark-up; elsewhere, ask whether minutes are included in the subscription or billed separately.

What to ask before you sign

  1. How does it sound in Romanian, and in every other language you need? Ask for a test call with the street, service and product names your callers use, with background noise.
  2. Do you keep your number? And how forwarding works: all calls, only missed ones or only after hours.
  3. What happens when it doesn't know? The agent should transfer the call to a person or take a message and send it to you straight away.
  4. Does it say it's an AI? Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act requires that people are told they're talking to an AI system. On the phone that isn't obvious, so the agent says it in its first sentence.
  5. Are calls recorded? If so, the agent announces it at the start, and recordings are kept only as long as needed.
  6. Where does the booking go? Into the calendar or software you already use, not a new one.
  7. What does it cost per minute, and what's included in the subscription?
  8. Does the agent call customers? Confirmations and reminders to customers with a booking are fine. In Romania, automated marketing calls need the person's prior consent under Law 506/2004.

At Manvro: you keep your number, the agent transfers the call to a colleague or sends you the message, introduces itself as a virtual assistant in its first sentence, announces recording if you want it, writes the booking into your calendar, and you pay the minutes directly to the platform, with no subscription with us.
